He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Laatz of Hesperia; his children, Ted Smith (Tammi) of Sparta and April Bock (Justin) of Fremont, Indiana; his grandchildren, Trenton Smith (Emily), Thomas Smith and Taylor Smith; his children, Ethan Bock and Delaney Bock; his stepdaughters, Paula Glenn and Tabitha Woodard; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Woodard, Andrew Holy, Meliyah Kimbrough and Graycelynn Woodard; and his brother-in-law Gerald Church (Mary) of Fremont.
