She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kalfsbeek and Margaret Kalfsbeek (Kennedy); her former husband William F. Stapel Jr.; her brothers, Carl Kalfsbeek and David Kalfsbeek; and her brother-in-law Dean Storms.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Jones (Jodie), Floyd Peplinski (Kimberly) and Marlene Smead (Russell); her stepchildren, Marti Semans (Joel), Tod Stapel (Brooke) and Russel Stapel (Holly); her grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Amanda Jones, Tori Luptowski, Gerad Cook (Brittany), Paul Peplinski (Jackelyn), Joshua Peplinski (Alexandra), Zaccari Bell (Shanyn), Luke Smead, Elijah Smead, Selah Smead and Eden Smead; her siblings, Beth Storms, Donald Kalfsbeek and Thomas Kalfsbeek (Paula); her sister-in-law Melody Kalfsbeek; her former husband David Peplinski; and her pet Lady. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
