Roger Stanley Caris Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Stanley Caris Sr. of Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Eugene and Francis Ruth Caris (Scofield); his son Douglas Skinner; his brother Ron Caris; and his great grandchild Ben Hammond.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Skinner; his children, Bill Skinner, Sue McKeough (Ed), Teresa Sheldon (Jim), Paul Skinner (Katie) and Roger Caris (Melissa); his grandchildren, Danyel Hammond, Lori Bohan, Michael McKeough, Phillip McKeough, Brian McKeough, Joshua Sheldon, Brooke Smeckert, Adam Sheldon, Alex Skinner, Austin Caris, Emilie Caris, Ethan Caris, Mikenna Caris and Kenny Caris; his nephew James Avery; his sister Nancy Townsend (Larry); and his sister-in-law Kay Caris. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
