He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Karmes and Priscilla Karmes (Brooks); his wife Sandra Karmes; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Arletta Stoney; his daughter Sherrie Thompson (Maloney); and his granddaughter Lindsey Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Angella Maloney, Connie Williams, Tina Wescott (Jeff) and Louis Karmes (Marie); and his brothers, David Karmes (Sheila) and Charles Karmes (Cindy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
