She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Otto and Beulah Otto (Faylor); and her spouse Merritt Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Johnson (Diane) of Bartlesville, OK, Cindy Gehm (Bill) of Amarillo, TX, Jean Russell (Spencer) of Marshall, Krag Johnson (Carrie) of Kokomo, IN, Athens and Jeff Johnson of Bartlesville, OK. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
