He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Richard Snellenberger (Carrie) of Georgia, Candy Alcorn of Harrison, Thomas Proctor (Nora Johnson) of Temple and James Proctor (Paula) of Stanton; and his sister Marsha Balcer of Clare.
