He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Charles Pnacek II of Beaverton and Brittany Star McCain (Joseph) of Harrison; his brother Micheal; his half-siblings, Michael Ware of Harrison and Brooklyn Pnacek of Midland; his grandparents, Ted, Tanya Pieprzyk of Harrison, Thomas Pnacek I of Clare and Jackie Pnacek of Auburn; his aunts and uncles, Stacey (Gavin), Amanda (Will), Ron McCain of Ionia and Brian McCain of Harrison; and his cousins, Ava Stinson, Jaxon McCain, Addison McCain, Amelia Harsh and Lily Harsh.
