He was predeceased by: his parents, Seigal Carothers and Carol Carothers (Sutherland); and his brother Mark Mishler (Jennifer) of Hemlock. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl M. Carothers of Harrison; his children, Kellie Varney (Brent) of Chesaning, Julie Frazier of Harrison, Rob King (Rhonda) of Niles and Greg Greenman (Jennifer) of Coloma; and his pet Fred. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
