With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John LaVern Sheldon of Harrison, Michigan, born in Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Herbert Sheldon and Mabel Sheldon (Wickwire); his son Shane Sheldon; and his son-in-law Dave Wallace. He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Christiane Sharp; his wife Christiane Sheldon of Harrison; his children, Mike Sheldon (Shannon) of Harrison, Cory Sheldon (Lynnette) of Harrison and Faye Wallace of Harrison; his grandchildren, Isabel Sheldon, Cory Sheldon, David Wallace, Ethan Wallace, Katie Sheldon and Leah Wallace; his mother-in-law Paulette Sharp of Harrison; his siblings-in-law, Connie Cummings of Burton and Eugene "Skeet" Sharp (Julie) of Harrison; and his pets, Nugget, Snowball, Dora and Sparky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
