She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Michalski and Leona Michalski (Zielinski); her brother James "Yogi" Michalski; and her stepson Steven Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert "Gil" Elliott Thompson; her brothers, Dennis Michalski of Wyandotte, Frank Michalski (Carol) of Clare and Phillip Michalski (Suzette) of Avon Park; her stepson Glen Thompson of Georgia; her grandchildren, Krystopher Thompson and Nicholas Thompson; and her sister-in-law Linda Michalski of La Salle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
