He is survived by: his spouse Merri Kay Clark; his close friend Merri Kay Patrick; his children, William Patrick (Sandy) of Floral City, Michael Patrick (Jennifer) of Brooksville, Nicole Habel (Willie) of Charlevoix, Mary Logan (Derek) of New Baltimore, Jason Spann of Harrison, Valerie Spann (Tony) of Harrison and Tabatha Cooke (Eber) of Harrison; his sisters, Nancy Sammons of Ecorse and Carol Michalski (Frank) of Clare; his sister-in-law Wanda Warden (Rick) of Bon Aqua; and his pet Ziggy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
