She is survived by: her husband Richard Kaminski Sr.; her daughter Kathryn Ballard (Kaminski); her son-in-law Dan Ballard; her grandchildren, Chad, Trish Ballard, Lila, Alex Ballard, Sean Ballard, Dana Ballard, Jack Ballard and Lucy Ballard; her great grandchild Randy Kaminski (Sandy Kaminski); and her grandsons, Joshua Kaminski, Benjamin, Noah, Andrew Kaminski, Jacob, Carlye Kaminski and Elijah Kaminski.
