He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob Dew, Don and Joyce Smith; and his uncle Douglas Tauck. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Smith and Dianna Smith (Dew) of Harrison Township; his brother Jordon; and his aunts and uncles, Kim (Craig Pickenpaugh), Beth (Rich Boza), Kelly (Randy Franks) and Carol Tauck (Rick Fassett). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
