It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Rulison (Hancock, Michigan), born in Charlotte, Michigan, who passed away on July 11, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Rulison and Robert Rulison; and his brother Daniel. He is survived by: his brother David; his sister-in-law Linda; and his nephews, Jesse and Adam (Rachel).
