He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Masters and Lorraine Masters. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Masters (Porritt); his grandchildren, Lila, Joshua, Jack Bartkowiak, Preston and Pierce Woodring; his siblings, John Masters (Gail) of Laurium, MI, Barbara Hoffenbecker (Curtis) of Hancock, MI and Patricia Masters of Hancock, MI.; his brother-in-law Michael Porritt of Bradenton, FL.; and also Rich.

In lieu of flowers, consider a memorial contribution to the Hancock Fire Department or the Hancock Public School Foundation.
