He is survived by: his father Fred; his daughters, Bree and Polly Packer; his grandchildren, Merrill and Emmet Hoski; his girlfriend Jeannie Fellows; and his siblings, Dan Packer (Karen), Ken Packer (Kathy) and Pamela Packer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
