With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Worzniak (Grosse Pointe, Michigan), who passed away on December 2, 2019 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Worzniak. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Steve Grob) and Dennis (Nancy Alwen). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her name to the Hospice of Michigan or St Paul on the Lake Catholic Church.
