He is survived by: his spouse Terry Koch (Neils); his children, Bernadette Vietto (Tim), Constance Brandt, David Koch Jr. and Carrie Grewette; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Vincent, Brayden Vietto, Caden and Emersyn Brandt; and his siblings, James Koch Jr. (Terril) and Jenny Stanley (Michael).
