She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Cassady; her husband Woody; her sister-in-law Mary; her niece Deborah Cassady; and her friend John Mikulik (Cindi).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Kendall (Dan) and David Carver (Karen); her grandchildren, Michael Kendall (Melody Tien), Jonathan Carver (Yae-Ji Kim), Kyle Kendall and Sarah Carver; her brother Robert Cassady; her stepbrother Richard Adams (Connie); and her siblings-in-law, Richard Carver (Gloria) and Janice Carver (Norma Long). She is also survived by four nephews, three nieces, two great nieces, and one great-great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be provided in Carole's name to any of the churches where the Carvers have served (see below) or a charity of your choice.
