She was predeceased by: her spouse Crescenzo; and her parents, Felice DiBerardino and Angelamaria DiBerardino. She is survived by: her children, Frank Fazi (Monica) and Elisabeth Bohde (Donn); and her grandchildren, Joseph Fazi (Amanda), Stefanie Norlin (Scott), Mark Fazi (Alyssa), Laura Bohde Hall, Anthony Fazi (Andrea) and Emilee Malendowski (Daniel).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Society of the Propagation of the Faith of the Archdiocese of Detroit, 12 State St., Detroit, MI 48226.
