William Patrick Young Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Patrick Young of Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 10, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Young and Patricia Young; and his brother Robert Young. He is survived by: his sister Ann Gilligan (Bryan); and his nieces and nephews, Hannah Young, Adelaide Young, Kellan Gilligan and Maguire Gilligan.
