He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Sophie Rose Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie; and his brothers, Richard, Dave Johnston (Debra), Ken and Greg Burek. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and his two cousins.
