He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Forgo and Mary Forgo (Szikszay); his wife Joyce DeWitt; and his brother Michael Forgo. He is survived by: his children, Vicki (Dan Goetz) and Thomas (Delena Forgo); his grandchildren, Katie (Ronnie), Rachel, Kyle (Jennifer) and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Brayden, Ty and Jack; his sister JoAnn Saunders; and also Joe Lindsay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
