He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Cicalo and Doris Cicalo; his siblings, Bill Cicalo, Butch Cicalo and Kathy Cicalo; and his brother-in-law Mike Palmer.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Tommy Cicalo (Jen), Laurie Ward (Tony) and Holly Macomber (Ryan); his grandchildren, Joshua Ward (Mya), Alison Ward, Alexis, Ryan Cicalo, Austin, Lauren, Chelsea and Brandon Macomber; and his sisters, Diane Iselli (Ed) and Judy Larsen (Eric). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grass Lake Warrior Club, P.O. Box 112, Grass Lake, MI 49240.
