She was predeceased by: her father Roger Edward. She is survived by: her husband Douglas E. Raab; her siblings, Kandy Kostenbader, Kelly Zimmerman and Kurt Kostenbader; and her children, Kristina Marie and Scott Anthony Fernandez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home and the Church.
