He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eilola and Hulda Eilola; and his brothers, Frank, Joseph and Paul "Tim" Eilola.

He is survived by: his grandson Jimmy; his wife Louise; his daughters, Linda Lewis (Don), Janet Stannard and Wendy Wolfinger (Denny Covington); and his brother John Daniel Eilola. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Louise Eilola to help defray final expenses.
