Tena Kooistra Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lord and Hermine Hazenberg; her husband Kenneth; her daughter Kristie; and her brother Nick Hazenberg.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gwendolyn Hazekamp (Jeff), Lisa VerHage (Todd) and Jodi Boer (Dennis); and her stepchildren, Jon Kooistra, AnnMarie Kooistra (Tim Carlson) and Christopher Kooistra (Gwyn). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren as well as her many friends.
