She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stoel and Myrtie Stoel; her husband Edward Cherry; her siblings, Willard Stoel (Virginia), Ward Stoel (Maryann), Merlyn VanderWal (Clifford) and Marian Anderson (Clarence); and her stepdaughter Angela Shaffer. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In memory of Alyce and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made Faith Hospice or Edison Christian Life Services.
