He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Bowen and Aleva Bowen (Hawes). He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Ellis (Robert) of Otsego and Erin Coburn (James) of Otsego; his grandchildren, Ava, Megan, Mason, Alexander and Nevaeh; and his brother Todd Bowen (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
