Josephine Beukema Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Josephine Beukema of Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Duke; her parents, Henrietta Westerhof and John Westerhof; her children, Sheryl and Gregory; and her siblings, Henrietta VanDyken, Betty VanWyk, Jean Kooienga and John Westerhof.
She is survived by:, Michael Beukema, Jean Anne Leininger, Barry, Valerie Beukema, Steve, Heidi Beukema, Susan and Joseph Kirkwood of Grand Rapids, MI.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
