He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Daniel Kalasz and John Revolt. He is survived by: his father Marvin Kalasz (Cheryl); his children, Mason Kalasz, Kaycee Kalasz, Emma Kalasz and Charlie Kalasz; his mother Julie Sherman (Derek); his siblings, Brian Kalasz (Meghan) and Megan Garwood (Devin); his grandmothers, Rosemary Kalasz and Janice Revolt; and his aunt Vicky Hobart. He is also survived by several nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
