He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Tubergen and Fannie Tubergen (Scott); his wife Sylvia Tubergen (Bos); and his siblings, Alvin Tubbergen, Harold Tubergen and Maxine Ceton (Mickey Tubergen).
He is survived by: his children, Bret Tubergen (Allison Preston), Dawn Richardson (David) and Heather Hoezee (Tim); his grandchildren, Greyson Tubergen, Arielle MacDonald (Richardson), Gabe Richardson, Lauren and Ben Hoezee; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Damian Richardson, Adelaide and Aleenah MacDonald; and his siblings-in-law, Sally Henshaw (Bos) and Wayne Muller (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
