He is survived by: his wife Viola "Vonnie" Smedley; his sons, Patrick Hawkins (Nichole), Christopher Hawkins (Margo), Jimmie Hawkins, David Hawkins and Everett Hawkins; his grandchildren, Aaron (Samantha), Alyssa, Kaidin, Leslie, Addisyn and Phoenix; his great grandchildren, Maddi and Bailea; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hawkins.
