He was predeceased by: his parents, Corniel DeWall and Jeanette DeWall (Wierengo); his wife Audrey Ann Hendricks; his brothers, Robert, Philip and Marvin DeWall; and his sister-in-law Susan DeWall.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Rycenga (Chuck) of Grand Haven, Lisa Carson of Peachtree City, GA, Mike DeWall (Sharon) of Walker and Randy DeWall of Byron Center; and his siblings-in-law, Judy DeWall, Sharon DeWall, Sharlene Campbell, Sandy Calkins (Dan) and Kip Hendricks. He is also survived by grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
