He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry and Isabel Simmons Sr. (McKee); and his brother James Henry Simmons Jr.. He is survived by: his niece Rebecca DeVore (Dave); his nephew Scott Simmons; and his cousins, Linda, Sharon, John, Pam, Russ, Tom, Karen, Larry, Kathy and Carol.
