He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Matteson and Gladys "Honey" Matteson. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Matteson of Gladwin; his children, Michael Matteson of West Branch and Terri Stephens (Michael) of Whitehall; his grandchildren, Trisha (Brandon), Jennifer (Pam), Zachary, Simon, Gabriel and Shawn (Kandis); and his brother Richard Matteson (Barb). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
