He is survived by: his wife Janet Mielke (Edick) of Gladwin; his son Gary Mielke (Gina) of Flint; his granddaughter Shauna Manley (Anthony) of Flint; his great grandchildren, Layla, William and Brayden; and his brothers, Thomas Allen and Larry Allen.
