He is survived by: his mother Daisy Allen (Phelps); his wife Terry Ingleston; his son Mark Allen; his stepchildren, Shawn Pompa, Jeramy Pompa and Melissa Beale; his brothers, Kirk and Keith Allen; and his grandchildren, Keith, Makayla Allen and Mariah Bencheck.
