It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Steve Nechal (Gladwin, Michigan), who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nechal and Genieve Nechal (Matyas); his former wife Eloise; and his siblings, Frank, Barbara and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Nechal; and his children, Mike Coleman (Wanda), Joe Coleman (Deb), Colleen Thivierge (Mike), Debbie Huckins (Hank) and Randy Ritchie (Diane). He is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
