He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullie Carper and Beatrice Carper (Adkins); and his sons, Greg and Dale Carper. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Michael of Gladwin and Barb Dinsmore (Chuck) of Sanford; and his great grandchildren, Karlie, Ody, Clarati Roe of Manhattan, Madi, Lauren Carper of Gladwin and Greydan Carper of Harrison. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren who were the love of his life.
