She was predeceased by: her daughter Hailey Cook; and her grandparents, Rose, John Louk, Barbara and Darwin Stone.
She is survived by: her parents, Jack Richards of Arizona and Rose Richards of Gladwin; her husband Charles Burgess of Gladwin; her sons, Bryan of Gladwin, Daniel of Gladwin and Damien Cook of Gladwin; her granddaughter Emma Cook of Florida; and her sisters, Leslee Welch of Purdenville and Jolee Richards of Texas.
