He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gerard and Viola Margaret Lester (Raita); and his brother Michael Lester. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lester (Tennant) of Garden; his children, Matthew Popour (Erin) of Manistique and Melissa Popour of Battle Creek, MI; his sister Margaret Richard (Calvin) of Garden; his grandchildren, Jakob, Bailey, Rylee and Kallie; his great grandchildren, Jaxxon and Kinsley; his nephew Colton Richard; and his brothers-in-law, Don Tennant (Terry) and Ron Tennant (Faith). He is also survived by his aunt and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
