He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Taylor Green, Katelyn Green and Cameron Green; his parents, Mike Green and Mary Green; his siblings, Paul Green (Terri), Jeffrey Green and Sandra Reimer (Ted); and his nieces and nephews, Jonathon Green (Kelly), Landen Green, Kurt Reimer, Jake Reimer, Carson Jonik, Cierra Jonik and Katie Clum (Jim).
