It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Bennett of Garden City, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bennett and Rose Bennett; his wife Jean Vernet Hummel; his brother Norman; his daughter Maureen; his sister Betty Copeland; and his son-in-law Peter Marrocco.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Michelle), Dennis (Marja), Denise (Peter) and Kathleen (John); his grandchildren, Christopher, Erin, Christina, Maria, Nicholas, Daniel, Jennifer, Jessica, John and Mark; his great grandchildren, Mason, Wyatt, Oliver, Naia, Blakely, Grace, Charlotte, Bonnie, Isabelle, Remington and Evie; and his sisters, Janice, Judy and Shirley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
