He is survived by: his brother Michael Edward Mlnarik (Pamela) of Casnovia; his nephew Peter Mlnarik (Elisa); his great-nieces, Sophia, Emilie and Abigail; his nephew Daniel Mlnarik (Danielle); his great-niece Grace; his great-nephew Easton; his niece Rebecca Meinema (Jacob); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eli and Harper; and his aunt Harriet Sutton.
