He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hren and Hazel Hren (Miller); and his in-laws, Harry Ensing, Byron Combs and Alice Ensing/Combs (Schuiteman).
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Hren of Fremont; his children, Jeff Hren (Donna) of Hesperia and Kelli Garland (Mike); his brother David Hren of Fremont; his grandchildren, Jason Witteveen (Nicole) of Shelby, Trent Witteveen of Montague, Harley Hren and Cara Hren of New Era; his great grandchildren, Jaimee Burd of Shelby, Julia Burd of St. Kitts, Kenley Witteveen and Jase Witteveen of Montague; and his siblings, Geraldine Couturier (John) of Hesperia, Joseph Hren (Janice) of Niles and Randy Hren (Karen) of Hesperia. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
