He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank "Jack" Horner and Mary-Frances "Fran" Horner (Dixon). He is survived by: his wife Pam Horner of Fremont; and his children, Jessica Harris (Jeff) of Orlando and Steven Horner, Jr. of Fremont.
