She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benedict and Myrtle Benedict (Grabe); her husbands, Fred Gillette, Kenneth Charles Smedley and Gordon Tibbe; her son Steven Gillette; her grandchildren, Nicole Gillette, Steven Woodrum, Evan Yonker and Nicholas Woodrum; her great grandchild Nevaeh Gillette; and her brother George Benedict.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Gillette, Sam Gillette, John Gillette (Elizabeth), Timothy R. Gillette and Sherrie Smedley; and her siblings, Charles Benedict (Ramona), Ronald Benedict (Frances), Katherine Ditello and Donna Leslie.
