He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Len Puchalla, Bruce, Irene Wiersema, Bob and Kay Mills.

He is survived by: his parents, Bob Wiersema and Misty Wiersema; his sister Avery Wiersema (Brent Tanis); his grandparents, Larry, Jane Wiersema, Sandy, Mike Ferrier, Steve Puchalla, Kenneth Haught and Julie Puchalla; his great-grandparent Lea Puchalla; his grandfather Ethan; and also Andrea Ross. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends; and by his girlfriend.
