Frank W. Konkel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank W. Konkel of Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on December 19, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Konkel and Helen Konkel (Blotkamp); his wife Carol Konkel (Cole); his son Kyle J. Konkel; and his siblings, Arthur Konkel of England, Mary Furr (Konkel) of Colorado and Dorothy Philo (Konkel) of Fremont.
He is survived by: his grandson Kelvin; his children, Shannon Sharp (Craig) of Clarksville, Frank Konkel (Shari) of Branch and Bryon Konkel (Sheral) of Mt. Pleasant; his daughter-in-law Edna Konkel of Fremont; his brother-in-law Max Philo, Sr.; and his close friend Jim Mason. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Knights of Columbus.
